Working with one of our new home Decorating Consultants, you will get to design your home with your individuality and daily routine in mind. Get inspired to get the most out of your design appointment. Bring in samples or photos of your preferred home exteriors, color schemes, paint and décor to our design center. You will find hundreds of choices to make your home your own.

Once your mortgage pre-approval is in place, the stages of the new home building process can begin. Items such as site surveys and building permits are ordered, and floor plans are prepared. These will be reviewed during your first meeting with the construction superintendent. Your new Westport home is constructed according to our high building standards and under the watchful eye of our experienced construction team. You will join us for four on-site meetings throughout the process, and our team will be readily available to address all of your questions and concerns.

You are finally ready to move into your new Westport Home! Our closing team will have everything ready for a worry-free closing. Our experts will guide you through the paperwork to ensure understanding. You will be given the keys to your new home so the fun can begin!
